When you perform a search, you can do a quick search based on location or an advanced search by specifying additional personal details like whether you have kids or pets, price ranges and property details.

What happens if I fall out with one of my co-buyers or if one party dies?
Hopefully this will not happen but it is important that you discuss every situation before you co-buy. All these situations can be covered in the co-ownership agreement. Make sure that you have the relevant agreement in place so that in the event that circumstances change everyone knows and agrees what will happen.
