  • Members post a profile and describe what they are looking to buy, stipulate an area they would like to buy in, state their likes and dislikes and also describe what they are looking for in a potential co-buyer.

  • Generally shared buying is a short term arrangement where 2, 3 or 4 people join forces to buy a property and get a foot on the property ladder. By buying together you are multiplying your buying power by combining funds. The result is that you will be able to afford a bigger place in a better location. The goal is to put all persons combined savings into a house and to make a profit when you eventually sell it. When they are living in a property they have co-bought with others they generally spend less than what they would have spent had they been renting and they share the purchasing and owning costs. This means they can eventually sell the place at a profit and make their first solo purchase.

  • We are building a co-buyer network to help anyone who wants to buy, to find others to buy with. There are hundreds of you  out there who want to own their own property but are constrained by their financials. Is property a good investment?

  • Property prices have almost doubled in the last few years. Prices are likely to climb and the challenge for many people is to buy that first property. Rents have also been rising and a mortgage once the deposit is raised can often work out cheaper. There are no immediate signs of a property crash and owning property still seems to make a lot of sense.
